What Training Do We Offer?

All new STOP franchisees are provided with six days of Initial Training. During this intensive program, you will receive everything you need to build your confidence and equip you with the knowledge to begin your own business.

Initial Training topics include:

  • Business practices
  • Restoration
  • Industry knowledge
  • Estimating
  • Technical hands-on
  • Marketing

After the Initial Training, our franchisees attend regional, industry-certified training courses, as well as an online software and estimating course. Our regional training format allows you to minimize your traveling time and provides a better environment for absorbing information. Classroom and hands-on training are both included in your courses.

Ongoing Training & Support

After your Initial Training is complete and you have successfully started your own home damage restoration franchise, you will be invited to participate in our first-year training regimen. This serves as the foundation of your industry and business knowledge, allowing you to build a better, more successful STOP franchise. Additionally, we host three, two-day conventions every year. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged for all franchisees.

In addition to our first-year training program and annual conventions, we also offer our franchisees unlimited support via our on-call consulting. We understand that many people choose franchising rather than solo business ownership because they want that dedicated support—and that’s what our on-call consulting is all about.
